Sea Salt Uses and Directions: Electrolytes, re-mineralize your body, lowers blood pressure, headaches and migraines, boosts energy, supports, healthy nerve and muscle function, weakness, cramps and cleaning wounds. Directions: Place no more than a pencil eraser size amount directly on tongue, follow with water. Repeat throughout the day for best results. Ingedients: Redmond Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper Uses and Directions: Blood thinner and stimulant, strokes, heart attacks, increases stomach acid production, styptic powder (stops bleeding), anti-inflammatory, sore throat relief. Cayenne increases the effectiveness of any herb with which it is paired. Directions: In emergency situations, take 1/2 teaspoon directly in mouth. Otherwise, mix with water first. Activated Charcoal Uses and Directions: Binds to toxins, treats food poisoning, stomach aches, viruses, bacterial infections, diarrhea, gas, bloating, hangovers, overdoses, acne, bug bites, cuts, oily skin, whitens teeth, supports kidney function. Can be used to make clean drinking water. Directions: Drink 1/2 teaspoon with 8 ounces of water.
