Oil of Oregano

Our oregano is home-grown, hand-picked, and infused with the best ingredients.

This product is seasonal and very limited as we grow our own organic oregano (Origanum vulgare) right on our farm. No pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or other harmful chemicals are used in our growing process. Just clean dirt, pure water, and calcium from organic chicken eggshells.

We dry the leaves and process them ourselves. The leaves are then infuzed with organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil to release the carvacrol from the plant. 

Uses of Oil of Oregano (Carvacrol):

Carvacrol is the active component in oregano which has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-histamine, antiangiogenic, and most of all anti-microbial properties. Studies have even shown that carvacrol has anti-cancer cell properties as well. 

In an era where we are experiencing an extensive use of broad spectrum antibiotics, we are seeing the evolution of bacterial resistant strains which are making antibiotics obsolete. One product on the market that has holds tried and true against the evolution of these bacretial strains is oil of oregano.
